Manual Lymphatic Drainage

MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) is a very gentle

technique using light rhythmic motions to stimulate the lymph fluid movement in the body. The lympahtic system is of utmost importance. It's essentially your body's toxic waste disposal system. When it gets clogged up from unhealthy foods, pharmaceutical use, lack of excercise, airborne toxins, and more, you're body responds by getting sick. This can manifest as allergies, metabolism problems, immune failure, respiratory infections, fibromyalgia, or even serious illnesses like certain kinds of cancer, heart disease, and more! It's hard to believe that all of these things can trace back to your lymphatic system, but the western medical community is finally recognizing this as a huge piece of the "chronic illness puzzle."

Manual Lymph Drainage has many applications ranging from general detox, pre and post surgery for enhanced recovery, to more complicated Lymphedema management.
